AT AMBITION WE

From the expectations you have to the structure of each PT session your process is specific to your preferences, fitness level, body type and goals. 

We do not use pre-set session structures or programs, each session is individualised. 

We understand that consistency comes from enjoyment & sustainability. In stating so, we work alongside of you constantly asking for your feedback because

we understand that if you do not genuinely love what you are partaking in you will not maintain your results.

Our studio is built to maintain personal space between you and your trainer. Additionally, we maintain our premium service by hiring personal trainers that are driven by purpose. We understand the intimidation that comes with going to typical “gyms” & we want our clients to feel comfortable.

WE DON’T RUN CHALLENGES!

The challenge starts when you walk through our doors. The best way to be in shape is to stay in shape, we want you to succeed long term. We aim do so by listening to your feedback & optimising your training & nutrition according to your progress.

We do not condone the notion of “fad” dieting or restriction, it’s not what we are about, we teach you how to integrate your nutrition with your lifestyle through intuitive eating & flexible dieting. We do not tie you down to a plan nor do we expect you to follow a diet plan which is limited to the same foods, day in day out for an extended period of time.

Additionally, we understand that motivation is correlated to goal setting. Your coach will set you a 6-8 week target of which there is a mixture of performance & body composition based goals. Your goals will be based on your body composition analysis & lifestyle. The goals never stop and the weights in our studio don’t get any lighter. Its you that gets stronger.
